Congressional leaders meet in Washington, D.C. today to begin merging the House and Senate health care overhaul bills. Both would greatly expand Medicaid, the public insurance program for the poor. Today is the deadline for the state to respond to a lawsuit filed by three of California's biggest recycling companies. Over the last six years, lawmakers and the governor have been raiding the money that funds curbside recycling and collection centers to the tune of $451 million. Reporter: Rachael Myrow
