California's Campaign Spending Approach Goes National

The U.S. Supreme Court ruled yesterday that corporations and labor unions can spend almost anything they want on independent political campaigns. Some experts believe what it really means is that California's no-holds barred system of campaign spending is now the law of the land. Reporter: John Myers
