The Napa Valley Wine Train tourist attraction is the beneficiary of a federal stimulus project worth $54 million that some in Congress are calling a boondoggle. Investigative reporter Lance Williams talks with us about his report uncovering why some of the stimulus money is actually being funneled to a source that's many miles from California.
