It's been a rainy few weeks in Southern California, with more on the way this weekend. Swelling rivers surging straight into the ocean are a potent reminder of how much rainwater goes to waste there. The city of Los Angeles is working on a plan to try and capture and reuse all that water. Reporter: Rob Schmitz
