It's nail biting time for high school seniors waiting to hear if they've been accepted to a Cal State or UC campus. Applications are way up, even as enrollments are cut back. In the second of two profiles, we meet a teen from an elite high school who's been focused on college for as long as she can remember. Reporter: Mina Kim
