Californians Sue to Restore School Funding

A coalition of students, parents and education groups, including nine school districts, filed suit yesterday. They're arguing that the state must boost education funding by billions of dollars to conform to a guaranteed standard of education contained in the California Constitution. Reporter: Tara Siler
