a bid to suspend the state's effort to control
greenhouse gases, to the one that's most likely to drive

Former Alaska governor Sarah Palin's appearance
at a fundraiser for the California State University at
Stanislaus tonight has sparked controversy for months.
The nonprofit foundation that's sponsoring Palin's
appearance claims to be a separate entity from the
