Palo Alto-based Tesla has dominated the headlines in recent months, but it's not the only electric car maker with plans to build in California. Santa Monica's Coda Automotive is prototyping an all-electric highway-capable sedan with a range of up to 120 miles. Reporter: Rachael Myrow
