When voting ended in the Assembly and Senate on October 8th, so did the longest budget stalemate in state history. Backers of Prop. 25 say that's a perfect setup for voters to take action. The measure seeks to undo what voters put in place 77 years ago: the mandate of a supermajority budget vote in each house of the Legislature. Reporter: John Myers
