Court Upholds In-State Tuition for Undocumented Immigrants

The state Supreme Court has ruled that illegal immigrants who graduated from high schools in California can pay the in-state rate for tuition at public universities and colleges. The ruling is the first of its kind in the nation, and it was unanimous. But opponents plan to appeal. Reporter: Kathryn Baron
