Most fishing boats docked in Crescent City were put out to sea before the tsunami struck. Those that remained did not fare well.
Four counties remain under a state of emergency today, after suffering coastal damage from the tsunami. Some experts estimate the damage could add up to around $50 million. It's easy to imagine when you look at a devastated port like the one in Crescent City, near the Oregon border. Reporter: Craig Miller
