This week marks the 150th anniversary of the start of the Civil War. Though the war was between North and South, the West did play a role in the conflict. We visit one civil war era fort in San Francsico with Carl Guarneri, a history professor at St. Mary's College in Moraga. Reporter: Rachael Myrow
