Federal Legislation Would Allow 'Amazon Tax'

California's efforts to collect sales tax from online retailers such as Amazon are getting a boost on Capitol Hill. Legislation introduced Wednesday would clear the obstacles for collecting those taxes on a state level, which could boost tax revenues by almost $2 billion. Reporter: John Myers
