CSU and UC students all over the state staged rallies, marches and sit-ins yesterday, to protest the banking industry's role in sparking the recession that led to budget cuts in higher education. There were arrests at UC Berkeley and UCLA. Reporter: Rachael Myrow, Rebecca Wolfson
