A storm warning this weekend is being cheered in Lake Tahoe, where the dry weather has sent the local economy on a downhill slide. This winter has been the driest in 35 years, a tough climate not just for ski resorts, but also for hotels and the many local employees that rely on tourists for business. Reporter: Thibault Worth
