San Onofre, one of California's two nuclear power plants, has been shut down for more than two months after an unusual amount of wear was discovered in some of the tubes that hold radioactive water. Now, there may be an initiative on the November ballot that would make the shutdown permanent at San Onofre and the state's other nuclear plant, Diablo Canyon. Reporter: Rachael Myrow
