A statewide ban on foie gras, the fatty liver delicacy produced by force-feeding ducks and geese, kicks in on July 1. Nearly eight years have passed since the bill that mandated it was signed. But advocates on both sides have turned up their burners ahead of the deadline. Reporter: Rachael Myrow
