Cities Lose First Round in Battle for Redevelopment Funds

A group of California cities lost a preliminary battle to hang on to property tax revenue that would have gone to redevelopment agencies. The state dissolved those agencies earlier this year -- and the funds are slated for school districts and counties instead. Reporter: Stephanie Martin
