For the last decade, California's races for the U.S. House of Representatives have held few surprises -- only one seat has changed parties. This election, Democrats are hoping California's newly drawn district lines can help them regain the House majority. Reporter: Amy Isackson
Thanks to those newly drawn district lines, a number of congressional races in California are up for grabs for the first time in decades. In the Inland Empire -- a staunchly Republican stronghold -- Democrats are hoping to pick up seats they couldn't have dreamed of taking just a few years ago. In one race, though, there won't be a Democrat on the November ballot.
