Blue Shield Bid to Close Plans Rejected by State

This week, state insurance officials rejected a bid by Blue Shield to close about two dozen of its health plans. The move has big implications for 150,000 Californians -- and a consumer group suing on their behalf. Reporter: Mina Kim

Four Legged Heroes: Rescue Dogs in Training

They're a familiar sight on the news after a disaster: search-and-rescue teams using dogs to find victims. Many of those canine teams are volunteers. The California Rescue Dog Association, or CARDA, is the largest such group in the nation. It used to focus more on wilderness work -- but it's becoming more involved in search-and-rescue in metropolitan areas. Reporter: Rachel Dornhelm
