This week, state insurance officials rejected a bid by Blue Shield to close about two dozen of its health plans. The move has big implications for 150,000 Californians -- and a consumer group suing on their behalf. Reporter: Mina Kim
They're a familiar sight on the news after a disaster: search-and-rescue teams using dogs to find victims. Many of those canine teams are volunteers. The California Rescue Dog Association, or CARDA, is the largest such group in the nation.
