Some UC students dressed up like zombies as they protested the UC Board of Regents meeting, because they say college debt is killing them.
The University of California Board of Regents has voted to freeze tuition in the fall, in exchange for millions of dollars in state funding. But students can't rest easily: if voters reject the governor's tax plan in November, UC would lose all of that funding and $250 million more. Reporter: Ana Tintocalis
