Anti-Bullying Efforts Go High-Tech

As the new school year ramps up, parents across the state are dealing with children anxious about preschool, kindergarten or even first grade. But there are older children who have genuine reason to fear school because of bullying. Now, Tulare Western High School is attempting to tackle bullying with an iPhone app. Reporter: Alice Daniel
