A San Bernardino jury begins deliberations Tuesday in the penalty phase of the trial for the man convicted of setting the Old Fire of 2003. A company based in downtown Los Angeles has nursed a dream for a number of years now: to pump billions of gallons of groundwater a year from under the Mojave Desert to the thirsty urbanized coast. The plan failed to win over Los Angeles water officials, but some in Orange County said yes. Now, local environmentalists are suing to stop the project. Reporter: Chris Richard
