Obama Honors Cesar Chavez with a Visit to La Paz

With less than a month to go before Election Day, President Barack Obama made another swing through California to collect campaign cash. But before heading off to a fundraiser in San Francisco, the president started his visit in a tiny Central Valley town where he dedicated the home of labor leader César Chávez as a national monument.
