Proposition 31: Nine Ideas in Just One Measure

There are several sweeping changes proposed in measures on the November ballot, but Proposition 31 takes the prize for "most changes in one measure." The nonpartisan Legislative Analyst's Office has identified nine big ideas in Prop 31. The California Report's Rachael Myrow spoke with John Myers, political editor for Sacramento television station KXTV, to get a handle on what's in the ambitious measure.

K-Pop Convention Showcasing More than 'Gangnam Style'

You've heard the song somewhere -- at the ball park, on YouTube, maybe even on public radio. It's the Korean pop hit "Gangnam Style" by PSY. The inescapable tune is helping "K-Pop" reach new heights of popularity in the U.S. But it's just the tip of the cultural iceberg. A convention to celebrate K-Pop is taking place this weekend in Southern California, and it's expected to draw thousands of people. Reporter: Josie Huang
