Young Voters Take Ideals to the Ballot Box

On Friday, the Secretary of State's Office reported more than 18 million Californians are registered to vote, many of them just in time for this election. One in four of the new voters is younger than 30 -- and some are voting in their first election. Reporter: Ashley Bailey
