Labels on bags of snack foods indicate they are non-GMO food products.

Proposition 37, which would require labeling of all foods with genetically engineered ingredients is currently trailing, 57 to 43 percent. About 20 percent of precincts are reporting. Host Scott Shafer talks with reporter Amy Standen, who was at a party for Prop. 37 supporters earlier this evening.
