Three Strikes Law Revision Leading, 68 to 32 Percent (9:50pm)

As Mitt Romney concedes the election to President Obama, we check in on the 11 California ballot propositions. Proposition 36, which would revise California's Three Strikes law, is currently ahead 68 to 32 percent, with 17 percent of precincts reporting.
