California's capital city is on the verge of losing its pro basketball team. The majority owners of the Sacramento Kings have agreed to sell their share of the team to a group of investors in Seattle. Now, only a vote by the NBA Board of Governors would prevent the Kings from relocating. Reporter: Amy Quinton
