Soldier Fights Iraq Deployment in Court

A California National Guardsman has filed lawsuit in federal court in Sacramento, challenging his deployment to Iraq. The soldier says he signed up for a year of duty with the Sacramento-based 2668th Transportation Company, but that now, the Army is sending him to Iraq for a year beyond his enlistment.
