With the passage of Proposition 69, California's criminal DNA database will soon capture people arrested on felony charges but not convicted. Now poised to have the most expansive DNA database of any state, California faces new ethical questions. A crime fighting technique called familial searching is raising civil liberties concerns in the U.K., and some say it could come to California. Reporter: Judy Campbell
