Jumbo Squid Baffle Scientists and Fishermen

Biologists and fishermen along the California coast have been puzzled and intrigued by something new in the Pacific Ocean. Last month, hundreds of six-foot-long squid beached themselves on the shores of Orange County, and now Northern California fishermen are finding that there may be a swell of millions of the big sea creatures just off the coast.
