Investigations continue this week into allegations that three members of a Southern California mosque were plotting to attack National Guard sites and synagogues. No indictments have been issued, but according to FBI sources, evidence has been uncovered connecting two African American Muslims and a Pakistani national with a plan to shoot up any of two dozen sites in the Los Angeles area.
More than 500 alleged gang members were recently arrested, including dozens in California. Some of the gangs are rooted in South and Central America and have branches in California cities, including Los Angeles and San Francisco. Guest: Chitra Ragavan, U.S. News and World Report reporter.
