Kern County to Vote on New Dairies

Twenty Southern California dairies want to relocate to Kern County, where the land is cheaper. That would nearly double the cow population in that county. This week, Kern County residents will have a chance to voice their concerns about those new dairies. Reporter: Sasha Khokha
