Phone Service Outage in Southern California

Large portions of Southern California were hit by a computer software glitch that knocked out long distance telephone service, including the 9-11 system. Emergency officials posted extra police in some areas and residents were told to use cell phones in case they needed help. Reporter: Rob Schmitz
