Two Suits Against Google Test Digital Copyright Law
Audio currently not available for this program.Google has become the target of a number of lawsuits by content owners who claim the search giant is violating their copyrights. Publishers
and authors recently sued Google over its plans to scan and digitize the collections of some of the world's largest libraries.
Today, a federal court in Los Angeles will hear arguments from the publisher of an adult website and magazine that objects
to the use of its content in Google's image search. Both cases could have a significant impact on copyright in the digital
