North Koreans Ask for Asylum

A group of North Korean illegal immigrants in Los Angeles is pushing for political asylum in the U.S. Two years ago, Congress passed the North Korean Human Rights Act, which was supposed to make it easier for refugees who escaped North Korea to get asylum. But so far, the Act hasn't helped any North Koreans. Reporter: Rob Schmitz
