A High-Speed Train Between L.A. and Las Vegas?

Heavy traffic can tack a couple of hours onto the normal five-hour drive between Los Angeles and Las Vegas, especially on weekends. Congress has authorized $45 million to study an alternative to that ribbon of tail lights along I-15: a high-speed magnetic-levitation train. Reporter: Susan Valot
