In California last year, there were more than 7700 police car chases. That's an average of more than 20 a day. Over 1000 people were injured, some of them fatally. But even if an innocent bystander is killed, cops in California can't be held liable. It's the only state in the nation with this policy, and critics want to see it changed. Reporter: Lisa McRee
