A political battle is heating up in Sacramento over the state's minimum wage. Both Republican Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and Democratic lawmakers say they want to hand out a raise to the 1.4 million lowest-paid workers in the state. But they can't agree on how to raise the minimum wage. Reporter: Tamara Keith
