Fearing Kidnappings, Families Flee Tijuana

many Tijuana families fleeing north to San Diego. Mexican citizens groups say a record number of people have been kidnapped
in Tijuana this year. The problem has caused an exodus to Southern Califonia. Reporter: Amy Isackson
