Immigration Debate Stalls Plans to Insure Low-Income Kids

With a little more than one week before the legislature adjourns for the year, there's little hope for plans to provide health insurance for more low-income children. Earlier this summer, the issue got bogged down in debates over illegal immigration. Reporter: Sasha Khokha
