How is CalWorks Working?

When welfare reform was signed into law 10 years ago this week, it fell to the states and counties to make it work. The California Report looks at how the CalWorks program is faring in two very different counties: Los Angeles and Butte. Guests: Cathi Grams , director of the Department of Employment and Social Services in Butte County; Phil Ansell, bureau director for CalWorks in L.A. County.
