Two Rabbis on Rosh Hashanah

Preparations are well underway for Rosh Hashanah this weekend. The Jewish new year is a time for family, food, reflection, and pledging to do better in the future. Community service is a major part of that promise. And this year, perhaps more than in many recent years, communities across California seem to need that help.
