Proposition 87: Alternative Energy

Proposition 87 on the November ballot would impose a $4 billion tax on oil production in California to fund research and development of alternative fuels. Supporters and opponents have pumped a combined $125 million into their campaigns. Amidst all the hype, some of the facts about Proposition 87 have perhaps been lost. Reporter: Cy Musiker
