A Report Card for L.A. Police Chief

Los Angeles Police Chief Bill Bratton says he has begun to turn around the long-troubled department, and has asked to serve another five year term at the helm. He points to falling crime, rising officer morale, and improving community relations as evidence of his success at the job. But others contend Chief Bratton's record is mixed. Reporter: Frank Stoltze
