Riverside County is a hotbed of activity in the war on methamphetamines. Law enforcement there used to focus on meth labs. But now that it's harder to buy ingredients like pseudoephedrine, "superlabs" in Mexico are flooding the street with meth that's even cheaper and stronger than the American-made versions. So a lot of former meth makers in inland Southern California are now busy online swapping recipes for identity theft. Reporter: Steven Cuevas
