Former San Diego Congressman Randy "Duke" Cunningham is now serving 8 years in federal prison after pleading guilty to accepting bribes in exchange for steering tens of millions of dollars in federal money to defense contractors. Cunningham's undoing began with a series of articles in the San Diego Union Tribune that outlined his relationship with defense contractor Mitchell Wade.
