California was once rich with military bases and the jobs that came along with them. But after more than a decade of base closures, communities around the state are still trying to figure out what to do with the remnants of the old installations. One obstacle to converting them to civilian use is the pollution left behind from used weapons or industrial chemicals. McClellan Air Force Base in Sacramento is trying out a new model for cleaning up and moving on. Reporter: Tamara Keith
