Racial Disparity in California's Prisons
Audio currently not available for this program.African Americans in California are incarcerated at six and a half times the rate of whites. Those are the findings of a new
national study by a research and advocacy group called the Sentencing Project. The study found that California's rate of racial
disparity in prisons and jails is slightly higher than the national average. Reporter: Judy Campbell
